Here is what we do:
When you upload your site there is a time stamp associated with the posted property.
When a search is done the listing with the most recent time stamp gets displayed first.
You can modify this time stamp very easily. To do this you will need to login and update your property. This update modifies the time stamp.
This would give you the opportunity to come up first when somebody does a search.
